Ich empfinde die Arbeitsatmosphäre als sehr konstruktiv, Kollegen sind hilfsbereit, es wird auch auf was Wohlbefinden der Kollegen*innen wert gelegt sowie nette Events für die Freizeit geplant.

Udemy Kurse sind verfügbar und dadurch eine extrem große Möglichkeit sich weiterzubilden
Viele Mitarbeitende sind langjährig im Unternehmen, was für eine Software Firma nicht immer selbstverständlich ist und man sieht viele Beförderungen aus den eigenen Reihen heraus.

Design-office is too small at the moment if all employees are working on-site. As we work much remote, it's not a problem. And very soon, there is the new office upcoming also!

Communication within teams is really good in my view. Very transparent, trustful and low hierarchy level.

However, it could be improved a lot between different departments, e.g. sales and product department need much more alignment in my view (also due to many new colleagues in sales)

Personally, I did feel there is not much of a difference.
However, the management team exists of mainly male persons.
And unfortunately, atm, no female colleague in the development team.
