Der Job bringt es mit sich teils stressig zu sein. Zumal sich das Unternehmen in einer Scale up Phase befindet. Dennoch haben die Mitarbeiter jederzeit die Möglichkeit sich ihre Zeit einzuteilen.
Wenn Du nach dem Start in einigen Wochen, ein professionelles externes Training von einem namhaften Anbieter bekommst, dann macht es Eindruck. Zumal durch das Wachstum viele Karriere Möglichkeiten offen stehen.

Highly international and very respectful team makes work real fun. Good atmosphere, a lot of laughter, jokes and good mood while really rocking a lot.
Temporary, it can be a very high workload with many topics on one person. In general, a good life-work balance is possible.
Trainings are always coming a bit too short in the operational daily busy business. A lot of self-learning and trying out. Recently introduced Udemy courses help.
Salary is ok. Social benefits could be more.

Design-office is too small at the moment if all employees are working on-site. As we work much remote, it's not a problem. And very soon, there is the new office upcoming also!
Communication within teams is really good in my view. Very transparent, trustful and low hierarchy level.
However, it could be improved a lot between different departments, e.g. sales and product department need much more alignment in my view (also due to many new colleagues in sales)
Personally, I did feel there is not much of a difference.
However, the management team exists of mainly male persons.
And unfortunately, atm, no female colleague in the development team.
Very different and challenging tasks for ones mind. Repeating task get automated and the challenging ones remain. Wide field of tasks in still young company.
