Bad communication, no transparency or trust that the company has your wellbeing at heart, often feeling lost and unmotivated with no company direction for the present or future.

There has been numerous suggestions, time and time again which have been repeatedly ignored - this is a shame because there could be some potential for the company if management level were to actively listen to their employees instead of all empty talk with no action. Without any of that, the company will never progress.

Real problems are never dealt with and simply swept under carpets.

Kommunikation

The company could have potential but there are serious communication issues there are never addressed properly because there is no genuine transparency or honesty from management levels. There is no consideration for employees' welfare.

Work-Life-Balance

Unbalanced work loads - some weeks are too busy with overtime, others are empty with not much to do.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Constant feedback loops that go nowhere, there is no active listening and action to try to change things for the better, but plenty of empty promises.

Thank you for taking the time and sharing your experience with us. We appreciate your input and for calling our attention on these matters. We are sorry to hear that you have felt that the communication is not good at colorfy and you were not being heard.  As we strive to give our employees freedom to practice their individuality and considering that we are a cross-cultural and cross-functional team, there will times when miscommunications cannot be avoided. Having this in mind, we take it a mission to constantly improve our process of communication and we will put your feedback as one of the bases of the changes we are going to make.

We also place a high value on the work-life balance of our employees and we are striving to maintain this balance. Although as we are an innovation service company there will be times when some factors are beyond our control. Nevertheless, we are currently working hard on finding just the right model to avoid these situations from happening.

As you might have known, colorfy is embarking on a great journey; naturally, there are some bumps that are crucial for the company as they present great learning moments; without them, we wouldn't be able to grow and become better and stronger as a team.
