Pünktliche Gehaltszahlung.

Viele ineffiziente Abläufe. Keine Organisation. Keine klaren Aufgaben. Keine Führung durch Vorgesetzte. Verschwendung und Korruption an der Tagesordnung. Sehr hohe Fluktuation der Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte.

Fixgehalt unter Marktniveau. Teilweise sehr große Unterschiede zwischen den Mitarbeitern.

Spielt keine Rolle. (z.B. Fuhrpark zu viele, zu Große Fahrzeuge, auf Effizienz und Umwelt wird nicht geachtet)

Jeder kann machen was er will. Echte Führung gibt es nicht.

Guter Standort. Ausstattung mit Laptop / Handy ist gut.

Eigentlich eine interessante Branche.

Leider viele Intrigen, man wurde vertröstet, Versprechen wurden nicht eingehalten und das Management ist aus meiner Sicht total fehl am Platz.

Mehr Wertschätzung, Kommunikation und Ehrlichkeit.

Sehr verbesserungswürdig. Gerade in der IT. Immerhin sind alle Arbeitsklamotten von einem namenhaften Hersteller.

Ich war nicht zufrieden. Habe über den Flurfunk aber auch gegenteiliges gehört.

What I like about the employer
Durch die mangelhafte pflege und Wertschätzung der Führung Wind die Kollegen aufeinander angewiesen und dicht zusammen gewachsen. Untereinander ist es sehr liebevoll und nett.

Es werden immer wieder Intrigen gegen einzelne geschmiedet. Wer dabei ist ist gut wer geht ist an allem schuld. Kürzlich ist ein Vorgesetzte r gegangen... Jetzt startet die hetzjagt

-Binden der Mitarbeiter die noch was erreichen wollen und etwas beigetragen haben
-nicht aus den Augen verlieren das das Feld nicht im Wasserkopf verdient wird
