Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Opportunity to contribute own ideas.
Cross-hierarchical, solution-oriented collaboration in dealing with challenges.
Respectful and friendly interaction with each other.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
I think it's important that companies commit to sustainability and climate protection and do their part. This can then also be openly communicated.

Work-Life-Balance
The great flexibility with the place of work and the working hours makes it possible, especially in the current pandemic, to combine work and private obligations, such as childcare, in a flexible way.

So far, I have always received the best possible support from colleagues.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Always available
Always supportive
