Good start or here is my feedback after 1 year of working in the company.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The working atmosphere is friendly and supportive ( and that is especially important when you just come to a new company).
Work-Life-Balance
- There are no problems with vacations or sick days.
- The balance between work and family can be maintained.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Career growth criteria are not clearly defined. But in a company of this size, there cannot be a universal approach to everyone. I think everything here depends a lot on one's own initiative and achievements.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
At a high level (or I just got lucky with the team)
Arbeitsbedingungen
Both offices in Germany that I have been to are very comfortable, modern and spacious.
Kommunikation
There is always two-way communication
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary is paid clearly like clockwork.
Gleichberechtigung
In this company, I am not evaluated for my gender, but for my professional skills.
Interessante Aufgaben
It's my main driver at the moment. The product is complex, but very interesting.
