Intensiver die Bewerbungsunterlagen studieren um sich gezielter auf die Bewerber vorzubereiten. Gehaltsvorstellungen nicht abhandeln mit.."es gibt ja noch eine Prämie!"....

Telefoninterview wurde anscheint nur abgelesen von Papier. Sehr viele "ach ja" oder "mmhhh"...wirkte nicht fleißend

Gehaltsvorstellung um 20.000 Euro unterboten...Sozialeleistungen wurden bis dahin gar nicht genannt.
