Working at crecise for more than 4 years, and I still look forward to coming to work - and I don't say that lightly. The leadership team is approachable, consistent, and genuinely invested in the people who invest in the company. Yes, priorities shift sometimes, that's the reality of a dynamic market environment. But the direction has always been communicated, and the reasoning has been transparent to those who engage with it. What I appreciate most is that long-term commitment is recognized, appreciated and rewarded here. crecise is a company where you can build something, if you're willing to.
No workplace is perfect, and room for improvement is always there, crecise is also not different. Things don't always run perfectly, and there are moments where communication could be smoother. But these are the normal growing pains of a company that is actively developing - not signs of a broken culture.
I'll be honest: I was motivated to write this review after reading another one that left me genuinely puzzled. The company described there felt unfamiliar to me – and it's worth writing that meaningful insight into a company's culture, leadership, and values tends to require more than a few weeks to develop. First impressions, especially when a chapter ends abruptly, don't always tell the full story. What I've observed over the years at crecise is that the experience people have here often reflects how they engage with the team and the environment around them. Colleagues who approach the work with openness and a collaborative mindset tend to thrive. Those who find it difficult to connect (for whatever reason) may come away with a very different impression. That's human, but it's worth keeping in mind. My suggestion to leadership would simply be: keep doing what you're doing, and trust that the people who are the right fit will recognize it.
I work with supportive and professional colleagues, and the team spirit on an operational level was positive. Collaboration among peers isconstructive, and people are generally willing to help each other, even in challenging situations
Leadership demonstrated a very modern interpretation of responsibility: values were communicated confidently, though less consistently practiced. Decisions sometimes appeared sudden, priorities shifted quickly, and employee loyalty seemed to be viewed as a one-sided expectation. The company presents itself as people-oriented, yet in practice efficiency often outweighs sustainability in personnel matters. Those who appreciate a workplace where adaptability is expected primarily from employees will likely fit in well.
Greater transparency in strategic decisions and personnel changes would help build trust and strengthen employee retention.
The lived company culture should more closely reflect the values communicated externally, particularly regarding reliability, planning stability, and appreciation of experienced employees.
Leadership could benefit from taking a more long-term view of decisions and considering their impact on motivation, knowledge retention, and employer reputation.
A clearer commitment to social responsibility toward employees — not only as a stated value but as a guiding principle in practice — would improve credibility across the organization.
