I don't even know where to start, because the last couple of weeks have been way better than I could have imagined them to be. Not only do I get to share my opinions with the marketing team, but they also value what I say. The team made me feel welcome the day I started here and that hasn't changed since. To be fair, I already felt welcome before even arriving in Berlin, because I talked to the senior marketing manager as well as HR on the phone which made me look forward to working here.
Also worth mentioning is the lunch on Fridays, a dog in the office and outdoor workouts twice a week. CrossEngage added a vegan option to the lunch, so everybody can enjoy it. Which I personally appreciate very much!
