The HR manager is very friendly and supportive. There is a good cooperation between the teams. Everyone seems to get along and there is a positive atmosphere.

I think it would be good if at the beginning of employment, there was an indication of where you could end up in 1, 2, 5 years etc if you stayed at the firm, as it would provide a greater sense of motivation for the employees if they are aware of their career path.

The atmosphere is happy and friendly.

It is possible to work from home if necessary and to leave the office earlier if you have something urgent on. They are flexible with this and are supportive.

It is not super clear at the beginning whether there are possibilities for promotions/bonuses etc.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
It is not very clear about career pathways or promotion opportunities once you are in a specific role, e.g. if it is possible to move to a different team within the company or what the next step in your career there would be.
