zu niedrige Löhne, Vorgesetztenverhalten, keine Weiterbildungs- und Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten.
Salary/Social benefits
Die Firme zahlt kein zufriedenstellendes Gehalt! Kein Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgehalt. Nur der vom Gesetzgeber vorgeschriebene Mindestanspruch an Urlaubstage. Ich verdiente deutlich weniger als meine Kollegen, trotz gleicher Arbeit!
