Some were extremely creepy, constantly after young female co-workers, HR didn't bat an eye. Others clearly lacked the skills to lead a team.

Bad communcation from HR and other superiors, often saying things just to keep other people quiet
Gleichberechtigung
Quite sexist, unfortunately not uncommon in this industry. You would think with two female HR workers and female CEO it would be better - not at all.
