I have not been with the company long enough to make any suggestions for improvement, and I can't think of any. All in all, the first impression has flashed me and I am glad for this opportunity at Cybus.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Although I work remotely, the work atmosphere is great. Everyone is open and helpful and you grow together through the variety of short, effective meetings and always have something to laugh about!
Kommunikation
Although Cybus still has a start-up character, everything is structured and communication works really well in the departments and across. I only don't give full points/stars here because you can always work on communication and improve. And that is what Cybus strives for every day.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I've never been welcomed into a team as warmly as I have at Cybus, and that even extends beyond my team. Working remotely means we don't all know each other personally yet, but it feels like we've known each other forever! It makes working together a lot easier and makes you feel very comfortable.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I have had a lot of bad managers in the past, so I was all the more surprised and pleased to find exactly the opposite with Cybus now. I can contribute my ideas, I am heard, I am respected, encouraged, but also challenged! Exactly the total package I was looking for! I can't wait to follow and see my development grow through my manager at Cybus.
