Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The promises and lies they make to people from day one (knowing that they will not fulfill them) and that at the end they always find a way to turn things around for the company's benefit. I also find really bad that some of the high positions were given to family members, couples and friends from a group of people that has been in the company occupying the highest positions for years already. Also, I find bad that the company always has money problems because of the lack of preparation of those people in those high positions and their bad decision making. I also find bad that there are almost none growth and development chances for most of the employees and that most of them (like me) will never be paid for their hard work and what they deserve.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

You need to learn to separate business and friends, you cannot give the high positions of the company to someone just because is a friend, family member or a couple of your friend, this is a worm that has been eating the company year by year and also, they keep giving those “untouchable” people the power of taking the most important decisions since day one, no surprises why the company is in decay. And please stop lying and making promises to employees that they will never ever be fulfilled.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Vinokilo uses the slogan of being a “family”, "familiy" is never treated the way they treat some of their employees in Vinokilo or Darpdecade, nothing else to add..

Kommunikation

If one thing the company lacks, is efficient communication, decisions are made “on the way” by squared minded people without preparation so of course there are no efficient communication channels and thus there is not an efficient communication structure in the company. The lack of communication and correct decision making in the company is a really big problem they have.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Many people talk behind other people's backs, many people in high positions do not have the tact and correct manners to say things, there is a lot of disrespect in a lot of situations to the employees, sometimes you feel like some people work for their own benefit. Mistakes are made consequence of the bad decision making of people in the high positions and usually employees in lower positions have to pay the consequences of those acts.

You will have to work always more hours and those extra hours will never be paid.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Head of operations of events is completely a mess, direction and Human Resources no comments, the only areas worth mentioning is warehouse and marketing

Routine and solving things in the last minute because of the lack of planning and organisation, is part of every day

Gleichberechtigung

Some friends and ex colleagues have had good experiences in this aspect but also I have heard some terrible stories from other colleagues, there are a lot of "machos" in the high positions, let's just close it like that.

They are opened to hire people from all ages depending on the position

Office conditions are okay, warehouse conditions are okay, nothing special.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Here are two sides, yes, Vinokilo is a sustainable company because of the business line (second hand vintage clothes) but socially and legally there are a lot of lagoons and things the company hides, by this I mean: black work, taking advantage of foreign people because of their visa situation, extremely abusive and bad contracts, lack of permissions to operate in other countries, and people having burn-outs or mental health issues because of the company, etc.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Salaries are really low, almost no bonuses or raises, people without preparation in high positions being paid what they do not deserve, hard working people just kept by monthly promises which never ever were fulfilled.

FAKE. Ask any ex-employee and they will have a dark story to tell, no surprise why the staff turnover is high, but of course, social media is used as a mask to pretend things that are not real or true.

Just so called “courses” provided by a family member of the company’s owner.
