Firstly I am really glad to be part of DataGuard and I mean it. Beat from the day 1 getting interview call to till date joining the company has been a amazing journey. The company will make sure right candidates are onboarded and no matter which part of the country with best on boarding experience. For a person who comes from different country and culture needs a lot for support and DataGuard knows it well.
As a part of interview process , I did like the structured approach and regular feedbacks of the interviews, HR is very professional and provided the clarity needed every time for the interview process. I kind of liked the regular connects with the candidates, so that I never felt lost during the process.
The next part of the process is onboarding which is the best part and required vital support from DataGuard as I was offered from India . Company provided immigration support as well and on boarding was like a cake walk from India to Berlin.
After onboarding i see a great culture in across the team and helping hands for a new team member. Company is making lot of effort to engage team with vision , culture and goals.
