High level of autonomy and self-management
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
DATANOMIQ, generously gave me a chance to write the first line of my empty resume when I was in Berlin.
As an intern, I was making lecture slides on deep learning algorithms, and I could try things freely.
Thanks to the experience I have gained, I could lay a solid foundation of understanding in the field.
And even from a viewpoint of just an intern, I could see that autonomy is highly appreciated in DATANOMIQ.
In other words, I guess you have to be self-organized and goal-oriented by yourself in the degree of freedom, including deciding whether to do home office or not.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The access to public transportation is not good. The office was mildly distant from all the stations or bus stops. And I wish the Edeka were closer.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
DATANOMIQ should focus more on marketing. I do not know the current situation, but someday it will need a certain position focusing on such stuff, including managing SNS, web sites, and networking in conferences.
