There was supposed to be 3 interviews, this job looked pretty different, the title was different too. In the end there were 7 interviews. Every single time they seemed to invent a new test or interview. Often the people who were supposed to interview me were not prepared at all. In the end they said they decided to go for someone else but the job ad is still there. They're only looking to get free consulting. Don't waste your time.

Suggestions for improvement

I was interviewed a first time by a HR manager and then by the cofounder. The HR manager told me that the interview with the co-founder was a technical interview (or so I understood). Instead it was just another "first screen". So, practically I did twice the same interview. I had the unpleasant impression that the cofounder wanted to check if the HR manager did a good job with me. I might be wrong, of course but certainly communication with the candidates during the interview process could be a lot improved. Also, I found the interview with the HR manager more efficiently structured, than the one with the cofounder.
