With my perspective of past experiences as an employee, I have come to realize that I really appreciate the working conditions at Dauherkert because of the possibilities it has opened up in terms of new experiences, the interaction not only with people in different time zones, but also the great camaraderie that is shared within the company. It is true that we are going through some tight times, but I still look forward to experiencing the growth of the company again, at a calmer pace, that will allow us to continue to enjoy the challenges, people and atmosphere within the company.
Sometimes, when reviews or evaluations are being given in the progress of the projects, it is sometimes the feeling that finding errors is the norm and not to visualize the best attributes of what has been developed. Sometimes, it feels like we are lacking in assertive communication to help us make the best of it.
There is a moment in which it is necessary to stop running and take the time to evaluate the pros and cons, I say this thinking about the tasks in which for lack of good planning the time of the company and staff are compromised by an accelerated pace to respond to the client, it is true that as a service company we are committed to the delivery of projects and their quality, but we must also be aware to continue teaching clients that the best results are always given when we walk at the same pace with the client, with communication and enthusiasm as pillars of our interaction.
