Arbeitsatmosphäre
Dedicated team with lots of experience. Ambitious in their goals and very supportive within the team. Quite fun to work with the team!
Work-Life-Balance
Had a working student position with 16-20 hours/ week. The team really focused on me not working more than 20 hours. If projects would require additional work it would either be covered by the team or pushed to the following week. We agreed on a schedule that worked well with my studies and they were very open to spontaneous changes if things came up.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Great communication, team explained everything in detail. There was no question to "stupid to ask".

Interessante Aufgaben
For a working student position really great. They try to give me as much responsibility and ownership as possible for a part-time position. Of course, some tasks were typical working student to-dos but they tried to give me exposure to as many interesting projects as possible. And even with the more "mundane" tasks, I could improve quite a bit my Excel and PPP skills.
