The team is super smart, competent and friendly. going to the office always feels good, you enjoy being around your colleagues. there's a lot of trust and autonomy, you're not micromanaged, you can shape your own work and managers notice and appreciate what you do

We have regular all-hands meetings with company updates, where teams also share results cross-functionally. communication feels transparent to me, if something is unclear, you can always go directly to management and get an answer. the overall tone is honest and kind, which makes it easy to speak up or ask questions :) what's also cool, if you disagree with something, people listen to you when you challenge the idea
