Unpleasant management
I had some really great coworkers...
Too much pressure, too little product development. It feels like the engineering team just developed the product without taking the customers needs into account.
Listen more to the team (leads) and less to top management.

It depends. There's a lot of pressure and I know plenty of colleagues who work long hours. The momentum is slowly fading, and even the hardliners are giving in and settling into a 9-to-6/7 routine.
