deltamethod - Challenge accepted!
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
This is a company where you can get back what you invest. There are no borders at all in your career path. It just depends on your own.
With a big summer party (4 days) the managment showed every employee how much they trust each of us and how much they value the work everyone is doing for deltamethod.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The office could be bigger and more plants would be nice and bigger tables :)
Arbeitsatmosphäre
With free food after 6pm for example you see how much this company cares about each employee and is working on a very good working atmosphere.
Kommunikation
I would say communication is always a part which could be improved but the management and all employees are working hard for a transparent, open and effective communication

Very open and multi-cultural colleagues.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The hierachie is very low and everyone is responsible for his own project and is also treated like this
Interessante Aufgaben
Always new things to learn and always space for improvement. There is no border which couldn´t be get over.
