I like the young and relaxed atmosphere, the feeling to be home with friends, not colleagues. I like the possibility to explore different fields, the clearness of the career path.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
It is hard to find something that I didn't liked. What I've really appreciated is that whenever there was a problem, I could talk openly about it and find a common solution to overcome the difficulty.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
deltamethod is still a little start up (around 37 employees). It is a super young company (average age of people is 27 years old), thus it is really relaxed. There are many things I've appreciated:
1. Breakfast is provided by the company, as well as free coffee, free drinks and fruits. This is something extraordinary, since meeting people in the kitchen allows you to bound with others.
2. On Tuesday employees can go play beach volley together. And once every 2 weeks, football.
3. During the summer the company organize super crazy parties with other startups, an increadible experience!
Kommunikation
Once a week every Consultant has a meeting with the CRM Manager and the boss itself, plus the consultant mentor. This is a great occasion to get advise. Once a week there's a meeting where all consultants can discuss problem faced with clients or any other advice to share. Finally there is once a week a meeting where a beginner and an advanced person decide a topic and prepare a presentation to share their knowledge with the others.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Colleagues are awesome. I felt home and I really enjoyed my time at work. Among colleagues there's no competition, instead, everyone has the duty (and pleasure) to teach and give advise to others.

Same times was like being back at school!
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The company boss is a super nice guy. He is a great leader, able to lead the company, keeping a relaxed atmosphere at work. What I mostly appreciated during my 4 months as Intern there, is that he really strives to create human relationships among colleagues, even of different departments.
Interessante Aufgaben
Unfortunately I could work only 4 months at deltamethod, since I had to go back to university after the summer. I really loved my time there, especially the job: I was hired as CRM intern, but I had the possibility to follow Business Development and HR as well. A unique occasion to discover different fields at once!
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There are no colleagues 45+ I think the oldest is around 36
Arbeitsbedingungen
The office is composed of two big open spaces, three meeting room, kitchen, 4 bathroom, two terraces and ... game room, with play station, darts, tennis table and table football. Computers are really good and all facilities need to work are provided.

I think that deltamethod is a pioneer in its field. All consultants working in SEM becomes experts in this field.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Everyone has clear carrer path. There are quarterly review, and if goals are achieved, people get bonuses and promotions.
