Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Lots of facilities provided by the employer i.e., flying business class when travelling to different continent. Assistance for further education. Best paying employer that I have worked with.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

A SSHEQ superintendent should not have more than 7 ships. This has been said many times but no one cares to listen. Currently most of us are managing more that 10 ships. This increases during sickness and holidays, which does not allow us to do other jobs like reviewing of procedures.
