It is a fairly traditional Architecture office with good working atmosphere.
Work-Life-Balance
They offer 2 days home office. Till now I haven't had to do many overhours. Family friendly.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
They support any further courses or lectures you'd like to attend. Or if you'd like to be an expert in BIM or Fire Safety for example, it's possible. If you'd like to change your department, from Planung to Ausschreibung for example, they have internal "Praktikums".
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Architecture salaries will be Architecture salaries. They pay according to the industry standards.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The have a department that focuses on sustainability in architecture. Steps taken in the right direction, what is the real world impact, that is hard to say.

I'm happy with my colleagues. Everyone is really nice and supportive.

No issues. People are mostly nice.

My immediate boss is easy to communicate with and I have been able to communicate my issues without stress. Haven't had much contact with other higher ups.

My computer is a bit old and slow, but gets the job done. IT is really helpful incase there is a issue. Office is also nice.

They inform us about the general Office situation every few months. Which projects are currently in the pipeline etc. A very general overview.
Gleichberechtigung
Equal or more amount of women working in the office. Which is nice to see.
Out of the approx 8-9 people in leadership positions, 2 are women. Better than none.
Interessante Aufgaben
The work is okay, it's a fairly typical architecture office. Not much innovation going on here.
