Unglaublich gut. DGM ist wahnsinnig kinder- und familienfreundlich und extrem verständnisvoll. In der Regel gibt es 2 Tage Home Office bei 3 Tagen im Büro und quasi keine Überstünden.
Wirklich starker Zusammenhalt. Niemand wird alleine gelassen und es ist immer jemand da falls es mal irgendwo brennt. Teamgeist wird gelebt, auch Teamübergreifend.
Kommt, wie überall, etwas auf die Vorgesetzten an. Ich kann mich aber in keinster Weise beschweren und habe mich nie unfair behandelt gefühlt.
Kommunikation findet statt, auch wenn manchmal ein wenig mehr gewünscht wäre.
Je nach Job mal mehr und mal weniger, die persönliche Entwicklung wird aber groß geschrieben.
Hat leider durch die Covid Jahre etwas gelitten, ist aber auf jeden Fall wieder auf dem Weg der Besserung.
