man kann immer mit allen über alles reden und es wird mindestens zugehört und darüber nachgedacht. Auch als Werkstudentin fühle ich mich wichtig und ernst genommen!

flache Hierarchie und sehr wertschätzender Umgang mit den KollegInnen

das Ambiente in der Baumwollspinnerei und die Nähe zum Spin Lab Accelerator und den Start-ups empfand ich als ein großes Plus. Im Großraumbüro zu arbeiten ist möglicherweise nicht jedermanns Sache, ich fand es super in den alten Industriehallen zu sitzen.

Interesting tasks
als Projektmanager hatte ich sehr viel Gestaltungsspielraum selbst Schwerpunkte zu wählen und Themen voranzutreiben. Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise wird hoch geschätzt und auch gefordert.
