Ich versuche mal sachlich zu bleiben. Man wird bei Fragen angeschriehen. Es wird erwartet das man sich nicht wert und alles tut was der Vorgesetzte möchte. Ein Beispiel zwei Kollegen unterhielten sich über mich. Es wurde von meinem Vorgesetzten erwartet das ich draus Informationen herauszog.
Die Arbeitsatmosphäre ist echt gut & daher angenehm zu arbeiten.
Naja Kommunikation könnte auf jeden Fall verbessert werden, wenn man einer Person (Teamleiter )was sagt aber nicht den anderen Team & damit selber doof da steht & es noch mal erklären muss
