It could be more flexible regarding remote work. Remote work is allowed but limited to 10 days in a year (as of January 2024).

You need to take care of the work-life balance yourself, otherwise you might end up working late. It's a motivated and ambitious team and there is always something to do.

It's a startup so it can't pay as much as bigger companies. Still, pays fair.
