What I like about the employer
A great place to work combining job safety with a start-up-ish environment & benefits. Very flexible when it comes to home office & working hours. At the same time offering a working culture where one can have an impact, take responsibility and getting the time & trust to learn & grow.

Suggestions for improvement
There is still some way to go to become barrier-free for some aspects, e.g. there is no toilet for people with a wheelchair. Also, there is room for improvement when it comes to the percentage of women in the company, especially within the engineering teams. But I guess that is a topic for all companies in tech and for that, Code Factory is doing not too bad actually.
