Being honest, we are in a fast-paced environnment, it means sometimes priorities shift. Better advance planning would help manage workload during peak periods. But it's also what it makes exciting and fulfilling.

The atmosphere is collaborative and supportive, everyone really wants to help each other succeed. Of course, as an exec assistant, leadership is approachable, yet, they do value your input. In general, Doctolibers genuinely respect the work you do.
