Great colleagues but questionable leadership depending on who you work for.

Lack of transparency in management decisions, inconsistent communication and also the high workload. Working beyond regular hours was frequently seen and workload distribution could have been done more sustainably.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Leadership behaviour needs to be improved. Communication around organisational and staffing decisions was a lot less transparent than I would have expected. Many decisions were communicated only once they were ongoing or finalised. Experiencing these actions left me with a less of a positive impression of the company and has affected my overall experience as an employee unfortunately.
The overall feedback and expectations could have also been communicated more frequently to the employee. If the communication was more clearer in terms of performance expectations, development opportunities and future prospects, employees can then better understand where they stand or what they need to do to improve.
I would suggest more open and direct conversations with employees especially when it comes to decisions based on their role. It would allow for more trust, respect and prevent any uncertainty within the teams.

Amongst colleagues it was very supportive. We were all willing to help each other. We had a strong foundation of teamwork.
Kommunikation
The communication between employees and management needs improvement. Important information was discussed rather late and caused uncertainty and lack of trust. It needs to be more transparent and proactively addressed.

Friendly environment where we all respected one another. There wasn't a strict hierarchal system in place.
Work-Life-Balance
Needs improvements. Many colleagues would work after hours. Would see people from other teams working late as well. The workload is quite demanding generally.

Mixed experience. They would be capable on the one hand however the communication and transparency needs to be improved.

The tasks were quite mundane.

The company is very diverse and does not discriminate.

No issues here. Everyone would be treated as equals and were all friendly to one another.

Office and equipment are modern and up to date. The amenities and benefits (e.g free breakfast) were great!

Heavily relies on AI which isn't the best on the environment.
Gehalt/Benefits
Could be improved when comparing ones roles to the market salary rate. Plenty of benefits are provided however which is nice.

There would be frequent workshops, classes, events, additional third party learning platforms that were accessible. However in my department there was little to no option in career advancement.
