Great salary, automatic increases when it's possible, excellent healthcare packages and pension support (esp. relevant for team members outside of Germany). Not too much overtime and a focus on getting people to take their holidays (extra days above the legal limits in all locations), and a really great share package. Not to mention the events and great fun we have together too.
