Umgang mit Mitarbeitern (u.a. Mobbing), die Gesetzesverstöße vor Gericht geltend machen wollen.
Board und Management = Katastrophal,
Falsche Ideolgie.
Suggestions for improvement
Zeiterfassung fehlt (Vertrauensarbeitszeit), was zu Burn-Out bei mehreren Mitarbeitern bis jetzt geführt hat. Fortzahlung von Provision während Urlaub und Krankheit gemäß §11 BUrlG wird aktuell nicht bezahlt.
Größeres Munich Office, da sehr stark gewachsen über die letzten Monate. Ist bereits in Planung.
Ein Benefitsystem wie Corporate benefits für die Deutschen Mitarbeiter wäre toll.
Ich verstehe, es gibt eine IT Krise, meine Performance ist gut bis sehr gut, aber tortz merhmaligen nachfragen, ob alles passt, wird man einfach angelogen und am letzten tag der Probezeit gefeuert.
Bestimmt 20 mal habe ich das Thema angesprochen, einfach um Klarheit zu erlangen, aber mir wurde immer nur gutes zugesprochen und Mut gemacht, dass alles gut ist und wir nicht betroffen sind etc.
