Work-Life Balance
4 Tage Woche bei 40 Stunden im Vollzeitverhältnis, d.h. teilweise 10 bis 11 Stunden am Stück mit 45 bis 60 Minuten Pause. Jeden zweiten Samstag und Notdienste wenn am Sonntag oder Feiertag auch für PTAs. Mit 35 Tage Urlaub 1 Tag mehr als im Tarifvertrag bei einer 6 Tage Woche, Teilzeit natürlich anteilig. Es kann auch vorkommen, dass man aus dem Urlaub zurückgeholt wird!
Salary/Benefits
Weihnachtsgeld in Form von 13. Gehalt, übertarifliche Bezahlung ist nicht der Standard,sondern muss verhandelt werden, ebenso Tankgutschein. Betriebsrente kann in Anspruch genommen werden.
Collegiality
Hängt im großen und ganzen von der jeweiligen Filiale ab, jedoch wenn es hart auf hart kommt dann ziehen doch alle am selben Strang

Unter den Kollegen sehr gut.
Leadership behavior
Abhängig von den jeweiligen Filialleiter/innen mehr oder weniger gut, auch was du Kommunikation oder Weitergabe an Informationen von oben betrifft. Kommuniziert wird oft bzw ausschließlich über private WhatsApp, was im Urlaub oder an freien Tagen nervt.
Working conditions
Oft keine Zeit für Trink-/Klopause, Pausenräume im großen und ganzen ruhig, jedoch bekommt man natürlich mit was sich im HV oder Backoffice tut.
Communication
Chefs sind sehr schwer zu erreichen, geht alles über Filialleiter.
Equality
PKAs, PTAs und Apotheker werden doch von der Chefetage aus gleich behandelt. Gehalt etc ist dann jedoch individuelle Verhandlungssache.
Interesting tasks
Klassische Apothekenaufgaben, für PTAs 8m Labor auch mal durchaus ansprechbar durch individuelle Herstellung von Kapseln, Säften etc
