Ist immer wieder etwas abweisend gewesen und man kam sich eher als Belastung vor

Im Betrieb gibt es zwar ein paar Führungspositionen und praxisanleiter sonst gibt es keine weiter Bildungsmöglichkeiten

Ist Schicht Dienst und je nach dem Dienstplan ist es sehr schwierig etwas als Azubi mit seinen Freunden etwas zu unternehmen
Apprentice's pay
Durch Tarifverträge ist das Gehalt in einem anständigen Rahmen.

Kommt leider immer auf die Zuteilung an gibt gute aber auch echt schlechte
Fun factor
Mit den richtigen Leute hat man spaß aber leider ist es häufig nicht spaßig
Assignments / Tasks
Aufgaben und Tätigkeiten sind die zu erwartberan im Rettungsdienst.
Variety
Durch Einsätze kommt Variation ins Leben und als Azubi kommt man viel rumm da man sehr häufig die Wache wechselt
Respect
Kommt ziemlich auf Kollegen an gibt aber auch viel tratsch Klatsch. Als jemand der erst rein kommt hat man es schwer Anschluss zu finden
