You have to submit the number of hours worked to the employer, who then tries to reduce these hours by questioning every single entry. They once made the absurd demand of not including time spent in meetings for compensation. This was unbelievable to me and to other employees.

Employees are severely underpaid, with the company often hiring international students for cheap labor. Additionally, they do not provide contracts, engaging in "Schwarz Arbeit," which is illegal and criminal in Germany.

The employer favors certain employees who act as informants, reporting on their colleagues' actions. These favorites receive preferential treatment, creating a tense and distrustful work environment where employees feel constantly monitored.
