Nice, quite workplace. Weekly meeting with all 'parties' and weekly team meeting.
Since the office is small, there is no need to plan meeting with colleagues, it is more spontaneous. I liked it because there is no need for bureaucracy.

Kommunikation
I had great communication with my colleagues. We had daily long discussions regarding work related topics. Everyone was nice, calm and respectful. Also my colleagues were way more experienced than me, so I was always interested in talking to them so they can share some knowledge and experience with me. Also I was the only one in the office not speaking German, but it was not an issue.
The thing that I found the most surprising was the freedom that we had to discuss topics with our employer. His door was always open and I felt very comfortable asking him questions and sharing my ideas on improvements.

Experienced engineers willing to help the newcomers.
As I mentioned above, I gain a lot of knowledge from my co-workers since they have been working on development for a long time.
Work-Life-Balance
It was basically up to you to determine the working hours(of course the sum should meet the one agreed in the contract). On Fridays almost everyone was gone after 12:00, this was quite nice.
The only drawback for me was that is was a little far from my residence with public transportation and I was not using a car. I used public transportation(trainline from Augsburg to Landsberg= which is OK and from the station it is an 8 minutes walk to the office(650m).

The tasks were interesting, but they were spread in a long time. From time to time a had gaps in having challenging tasks.

Basically okay, except for short time that we were missing some tools.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The salary is not bad, but it should be more competitive.
You get a parking spot in front of the building, 27 or more vacation days per year.
There is a Christmas Bonus, but it depends on the performance of the company.

The company is not very well known in the region. I think a Social Media Management and participation in Work Shops would expand and improve the image of the company.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
You can for sure have a career here.
The company is small and there are not a lot of ladders to climb. So it depends how you want to look at it.
Regarding further education, I guess it should be possible. During the short time I was here I didn't have any.
