Unfortunately not what I expected

The strong sense of team spirit and the company values, which were genuinely embraced in the past. It created a positive and supportive work environment where people cared about each other and the mission. Unfortunately, as the company has grown, I’ve noticed that these core values have started to fade somewhat, and the close-knit culture feels harder to maintain. Still, the foundation that was built early on remains a positive aspect of working here.

Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. The work atmosphere was often tense, and communication within the company left much to be desired. Decisions were frequently unclear, which made collaboration difficult.
Career development opportunities felt limited and the salary wasn't fair compared to the market.
Overall, I had hoped for more transparency and a better-structured work environment. For me, the experience was rather disappointing.
