Intellectually stimulating work in a fun, caring, respectful atmosphere
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Best of any place I've worked. Every single person in the company is a joy to work with.
Work-Life-Balance
The flexibility of working from home allows to schedule everything conveniently
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Lots of opportunities to learn new skills
Gehalt/Benefits
This isn't FinTech, but I also don't want to be in FinTech, so it's fine.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The company cares about environmental issues as much as I do, and this is reflected in company actions (vegetarian / vegan food at team events, matching CO2 compensations, using renewable energy sources, etc.)
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I can always talk to any department heads about anything and know that my voice was heard.
