The company is operating in a very exciting segment - the digitalisation of healthcare as it was. The team is extremely dynamic, young, smart, decision making processes are fast and communication is transparent. Management is approachable and open to ideas and suggestions which is creating a feeling of being a part of it all.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Office space is getting too small, and definitely too hot in summer (but we got some A/Cs).
Sometimes the collaboration between MediDate and the recently acquired Medical One group is a bit tricky because of a different company culture. However, this has been becoming better over the last couple of months.
Work-Life-Balance
Usually I can do all my work in the normal work hours. Sometimes, management expects to go the extra mile but only when it's very urgent. They usually communicate that transparently.
Interessante Aufgaben
Very challenging tasks in my specific segment, was able to work on a completely new project from the start cooperating with many different teams in the firm. Felt overwhelmed at times.
Gleichberechtigung
The company has an extremely good balance between female and male team members as well as young and old.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Sometimes we do activities that are not necessarily suitable for older/ family focused colleagues. But they are always welcome and part of the team!
