- pay staff on time
- don’t lie to foreigners before they come and work for you about the hourly rate and ‘hours guarantee’
- don’t lie about payment and insult the intelligence of the freelancers
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Working with the other freelancers was fine; however, constant late payments made it hard to trust management.
Kommunikation
So much dishonesty. If you ask a question, you won’t get a truthful answer.
Work-Life-Balance
Often sent to the middle of nowhere with 3-4 hours of travelling in a day. The time was not compensated and often you had to leave at 5 or 6 a.m. to reach these places.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Payment was frequently late and if you didn’t chase and chase, it could be months. If you asked, you’d just be lied to about how transfers to your particular bank could take longer etc.
Interessante Aufgaben
Some of the company teaching was ok.
Gleichberechtigung
I suppose those score well here because they’re equally terrible to all freelancers. They don’t discriminate here!

Dreadful. See above comments about payment.

13€ per hour freelance. It doesn’t even cover the pension and health insurance etc
