You spend a lot of time doing nonsense due to the bad communication and the non-existence of documentations. They change employees every month, so no one really knows what happens and what to do. There is also no market from the products they build, so they cannot pay you a normal salary.

It's really bad in the office, since they fired people every week, everyone was afraid, even the manager felt bad.
Kommunikation
Really really bad, since most of the people are students who only work there for 3-6 months and people get fired regularly, many projects were not documented at all or badly. Communication between colleagues are also not encouraged, since they afraid that people will cooperate against the company, they tried to isolate each one during the work.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The only good thing from this company. Since we just wanted to survive, people cooperate together to fight against the management level. All employees tried their best to help each other that we will still each other in the next day.

Bad. They expect you to do overtime even they pay so bad.

Very arrogant. You just do what they tell you to do. They fired people without any notification or sign. They came to you at work and asked you to leave the building in 5 minutes, while they kept looking on you until you leave the door. They do all the decisions by themselves, and even the manager had no idea what really happened.
Interessante Aufgaben
The drones are interesting of course. But if you look closer, you will find out that those are really simple stuff. You can also do something similar at home by yourself, it's more like a hobby or student projects, not really sophisticated engineering projects.

The manager was not repected and treated well at all, although he ist the most important person in the company and has worked for a long time already. Very sad to see how senior employee being treated like this.

Okay office and hardware, although the computers are a bit old and slow.

Gehalt/Benefits
Very very bad, no benefit at all except free coffee. You only get 6 months contract with 6 months of trial and 2600 € gross per month as a full-time engineer, with 40 regular hours + 2-5 extra hours per week.

Everyone is complaining about the company and trying to tell everyone else what happened here. It was a spin-off from Uni Würzburg but there is no employee from that university because of the bad relationship between the company and the universities in the region. The products are very expensive and they barely have customers. The company basically lives on the support of the government although it's not a start-up anymore, it's even 10 years old!
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Even interns got fired one month before the end of their internships! More than 10 people got fired or left the company in a short time. Some of them got fired in one month even 2 weeks. The technology is outdated and the working culture is chaotic, you can't learn much after few months, since what they are doing is more like happy engineering, no standard regulation, ducumentation and product management.
