What I like about the employer
Das Produkt ist technisch durchdacht und bietet echtes Innovationspotenzial. Die Kolleg:innen sind engagiert, hilfsbereit und fachlich stark – der Teamzusammenhalt ist ein echter Pluspunkt. Auch der Freiraum, eigene Ideen einzubringen, ist motivierend.
What I dislike about the employer
Es fehlt an klarer strategischer Ausrichtung von oben. Entscheidungen werden oft spontan und ohne erkennbare Linie getroffen. Mitarbeitende müssen vieles selbst auffangen, was langfristig frustriert. Führungskräfte auf mittlerer Ebene sind oft überlastet und allein gelassen.
Suggestions for improvement
Die oberste Leitung sollte klare, messbare Ziele kommunizieren und diese konsequent verfolgen. Strategische Entscheidungen wirken oft planlos, was auf Mitarbeiterebene für Unsicherheit sorgt. Mehr Fokus auf Führung, weniger reaktive Feuerwehrpolitik.
