Working atmosphere is excellent, employees are highly valued and acknowledged.
Work-Life-Balance
Working hours are very flexible, we have work-cation so can also visit friends and family abroad (which is super nice for an expat). Some periods are more busy but have been able to take out over time during less busy periods.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Doors are open and there is a budget for each employee to do courses/education each year. Further education is also encouraged and seen as a positive thing from the management.
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary is paid always on time. In addition the company offers discounts and a lunch ticket benefit. What would be nice to see in addition to the existing benefits would be some sports/fitness related benefit or something else in this area.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
For company travel in case needed and possible, trains are used and trees are also donated for new hires, recycled computers are used and so on. Employees can also get 2 days a year for impact projects of their choice.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Colleagues are amazing and always willing to help, sometimes also meeting up after work for some activities together.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Management is setting realistic goals and also takes into consideration different life situations that are out of employee control. Very human/humanity first attitude which I find very nice.
Kommunikation
Sometimes some hear some information earlier as we are a remote first company, but this is not really a big issue as we have biweekly company meeting where all the information is shared evenly.

Fair and even possibilities is a topic at heart in the company.
Interessante Aufgaben
Wide variety of tasks, sky is literally the limit. I have had the opportunity to continue and grow and learn over the time I have been here as my job tasks have changed so much. It has also been a big factor on keeping the job interesting and rewarding for me.
