Growth is a big deal, but not in all good senses

Verbesserungsvorschläge
Performance salary increases, promotion of internal growth and further carreer opportunities would change a lot the feeling of appreciation and satisfaction. Also implementing some social benefits (because currently there are almost none) like transport ticket, hybrid working, maybe even health benefits... would change a lot the overall picture.

Cross department communication is good until certain point, with colleagues abroad not that easy, and with Management is difficult at times

Work-Life-Balance
Homeoffice is not an option, which complicates and tightens up the relationship with direct managers when asked. Not even in public transportation strikes is that a consideration. The feeling is overall tense when you want to be more flexible than showing up from 8 to 5.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Not clear focus or goals, or when communicated, not clear instructions on how things are needed or wanted. A better and open communication would drive up performance more efficiently.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
If older colleagues leave to other companies of the same branch, you will be advised on not to engage nor react on their social media posting. A bit overly dramatic.

Office sets are comfortable and well equipped.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Massive selling is a top priority, which makes the company per se not very environmentally friendly (li-ion batteries are not the most recyclable item).
Gehalt/Benefits
Almost no benefits except of free coffee or fruit basket. No Job ticket or fahrrad leasing, no flexible hybrid working model, no health benefits or urban sports… insufficient competitivity in contrast to other companies.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
A lot of potential growth when you're lucky to work with some of the few good managers. Unfortunately the speed at which they offer new positions is not friendly towards the older talents, which grows impact on insatisfaction of those that expect ownership and acknowledgment for years. Also salary raise will always be handled with fear and animosity rather than a growth factor.
