Don't just praise the Company Values to the Employees, but actually follow them in the Management Board. A little bit of Transparency doesn't hurt.

thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience. While we are glad to hear that you appreciate our office space and that overall you are satisfied with the working conditions and your colleagues, we are also concerned to hear that other aspects are lacking for you.

Your review does not provide much detail about your experiences, but as you are presently an employee, we would welcome you to discuss your feedback with us directly. You can always come to the Culture & People Team in confidence. We can also go over our benefits with you, as we have several offerings for our Munich employees. Perhaps there are benefits that you have not explored fully but could be beneficial to you. We would be happy to review this with you at any time.

At EQS, we pride ourselves on living the company values and we strive to uphold these values on a daily basis. That's why we make an effort to communicate our business decisions and strategies through various channels, such as our intranet, All-Hands, and large team meetings. We also record business meetings like our bi-annual Global Performance Summit, where all of our departments share updates and strategic goals, and share them with the entire company. While we acknowledge that communication can sometimes become siloed, it is never our intention. We firmly believe that transparency is key to building trust, which is why we are passionate about sharing information with all colleagues. While striving for a welcoming, open and transparent culture, there is always room for improvement. However, we encourage our employees to take ownership and of course encourage you to assist us with ideas on how to improve.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the work atmosphere. While financial success is important to any company, we strive to create a positive and supportive work culture that prioritizes our employees' well-being. We also encourage all EQSers to think outside the box and to find their own ways to make an impact. To better support colleagues, we launched our career development and performance program Empower2Grow. It is designed to help colleagues better understand and develop their career skills and interests, and to use these most effectively within the company. While we do see that there is still work to be done to make these offerings stronger, we believe we are on the right path. We encourage you to check out this program, and we are happy to assist with any questions you might have.

Finally, we want to thank you for bringing up the topic of equality in your feedback. We treat all EQSers equally and our Code of Conduct applies to each individual employee. Achieving more of a gender balance, particularly in managerial positions, is one of our declared goals and we know we have some work to do in this area. We are committed to promoting women in leadership positions and are proud to have an above-average proportion of women in our company in the technology sector. We are also proud that our supervisory board is led by 40% women. Nevertheless, we are continuously striving to create a more inclusive work environment.
