I was trusted with a wide variety of tasks and given a lot of responsibility from day one. The communication between my department and the managers was made easy and efficient, and we had bi-weekly meetings with all employees, which improved the dialogue between all parts of the company and contributed to a better work atmosphere. My co-workers were all lovely and supportive, and I thoroughly enjoyed working with them.
