If you let people work through a use case for a whole week, at least let them present it.

- No questions about my personality, just direct negative criticism about the way I present myself (first time hearing that, not helpful, a little disrespectful). Solution: Just ask for what you want to know if you don't like what the applicant is talking about or thinks it is irrelevant. Expectations need to be communicated beforehand.
- Despite that, I still got into the next round as I was perfectly qualified for the job and needed to work through a use case and prepare a presentation. I was supposed to finish it a week later and someone was supposed to come back to me to discuss it.
- No one replied, I contacted the company and they just said "sorry, we have decided for another more qualified candidate" ...?!
- A little research on LinkedIn gives me some hints. It seems that they haven't hired anyone and who knows what they will use my extensive knowledge and ideas delivered in my presentation for...
- No serious questions about that.
