The culture is a "dog eat dog" culture. Some individual possess a character which set a destruction to peace.

Wage is always on time! Very generous indeed! The company is trying to inhibit the spread of such a destructive culture through agreements between employee and the employer, in order to create a peaceful working environment and a respectful intern culture.

Not international enough regarding employee selection. It is more in the direction of a conservative type.

As long the promotors continue to exist, the culuture continues. The intern agreements (anti-mobbing, -defamation, -discrimination etc.) are ineffective to such a culture. The affected individual cannot complain due to the party who would take the complain could one of the promotors eventually.
